It's been 6 months since my last release which was released to my label's bandcamp page , now since I've created a label account for my label , I am putting all releases on their respective pages. I was planning to do a digital release while I am working on a split tape release for this Summer.

I've decided to re-release 4 songs from 2017 that weren't released to Bandcamp , with 3 new songs from this year. The songs from 2017 were remastered , unfortunately I couldn't remix them. I've chosen 3 songs I've recorded in my new home studio since February of this year , it is also my first album featuring some songs made with Experimental Guitar using Modular Synthesizers !

In October 2019 I've decided to step into the Eurorack world , after going to the Montreal Synth Expo during Mutek Festival in August. It took me a few months to get familiar with how the modules work together and to feel comfortable to create sounds with the Modular , unfortunately I didn't have time to go at my studio in late 2019 as I was working too much , I had decided to quit my studio and use my vacated second bedroom in my apartment to build my home studio.

I've started slowly experimenting with my Experimental Guitar stuff with the Modular in January , while I was starting to move my equipment to my home.

Now after a few months while making my new video series on Youtube , I've recorded a lot of new material and especially now during the confinement , I had more time to work on music.

As usual I take my inspiration from my own life experiences , so a lot of the inspiration for this is about the confinement and what's going on in the world ; people succumbing to the mediatic fear , all scared to die from a benign disease(for most healthy people), surrendering all of their liberties on a whim. This is about also how we took things for granted leading up to next Summer and now we're facing only a sea of uncertainty. We get no control whatsoever about the future , events that will destroy our lives potentially , stuff that we've worked so far to get to. I felt very anxious at the start of confinement and now I've begun accepting this new reality , instead of hoping getting back to normality. At the same time I miss my friends and family , I miss doing the normal little things although seeing people acting crazy about the situation made me want to stay in my home forever.

I really hope everybody is alright out there , I am doing fine and I will be doing fine , confinement isn't too hard on me. I am fortunate to be able to work on music almost full time now.
